Day 2 begins with a breakfast box from the Nile Cruise ship. For those who rise early, we begin the incredible tour of the Abu Simbel temple during this time. After an incredible day for the Abu Simbel trip, we return to Aswan. At noon, we set sail towards Kom Ombo, enjoying a midday meal aboard the Nile Cruise ship, while admiring the beauty of the Nile Valley. Once in Kom Ombo, you’ll visit the ancient Kom Ombo temple dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris, an amazing historical site that offers you a glimpse into the rich culture of ancient Egypt. After the visit, you’ll return to the Nile Cruise ship and sail towards Edfu, where you’ll take in the breathtaking scenery of the nile valley.
You will have supper and spend the night on the Nile Cruise ship after you arrive at Edfu.
On Day 3, we begin with a delectable breakfast aboard the Nile Cruise ship.
Then, as we cruised down the Nile River, we took in the breathtaking views of Luxor and the valley below.
As passengers witness our vessel crossing the lock at Esna to a lower level of water, lunch will be served aboard the Nile Cruise ship, offering the most breathtaking vistas of the Nile during your cruise.
You will have free time to tour the city, the souq (street market) and the Luxor temple when you arrive in Luxor. We guarantee that this will be an amazing experience that you will remember forever.
You will have dinner on board the Nile Cruise ship and spend the evening in your on-board accommodations.
Day 4 begins with a delectable breakfast served on board, and then the Nile Cruise is disembarked. (For those that rise early, there’s the chance to go on an optional hot air balloon journey that starts early in the morning and isn’t covered by the price of your package.)
You will enjoy a tour of Luxor’s west bank, which includes the Valley of the Kings and three royal tombs belonging to the country’s ancient pharaohs, after getting off the Nile Cruise ship.
After that, you’ll get the unique chance to see King Tutankhamun’s magnificent tomb, the Mummy of Tutankhamun, and the granite sarcophagus—an opportunity that not many people have ever had.
