Tour Plan

Day 1 Arrival in Cairo - Welcome to land of Pharaohs

Greetings from the ethereal realm of Egypt, the ancient capital of the Pharaohs for countless years. Your tour manager will meet you at Cairo International Airport, help you through the procedure, and give you an entrance visa if needed. After that, you’ll be driven around Cairo’s busy streets in a luxurious, air-conditioned car. Upon arrival at the opulent boutique hotel, Le Riad Hotel de Charme Cairo, nestled in the center of Old Islamic Cairo, your tour manager will help you with check-in and will go over your schedule with you to confirm the dates for all of the activities you will be participating in while on vacation.

Day 2 Visiting the Pyramids & Sakkara

Your personal guide will take you to the Giza Plateau to begin your journey by allowing you to marvel at one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Great Pyramids of Giza, after you have enjoyed a delicious and hearty Egyptian breakfast at Zeeyara, one of Cairo’s most charming restaurants—located on the rooftop of the boutique Hotel Le Riad de Charme. See the Valley Temple and the famous Sphinx. Following your tour of the pyramids, you’ll eat lunch at a traditional Egyptian restaurant before traveling to the Sakkara neighborhood to see the Djoser Pyramid, the first pyramid ever constructed, and the Sakkara Complex.

Day 3 Cairo Sightseeing

At your hotel’s rooftop Zeeyara restaurant, have another delectable Egyptian breakfast. The Egyptian Museum is the first place to see in Cairo. It is located in the center of the city’s historic Downtown and has a view of the notorious Tahrir Square. Following your delight in the spectacular ancient Egyptian antiquities and antiques, you’ll go to a neighborhood eatery that the locals visit for lunch. If there is time after lunch, you will be transported to the oldest bazaar in Cairo, Khan El Khalili.

Day 4 Flying to Aswan and Embark your Dahabiya

You’re going to leave Cairo today and travel to Aswan, a vibrant and happy city. Your tour manager will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning and drive you to the Cairo Airport for your Aswan excursion. When you arrive in Aswan, you will be greeted and driven to your Nuun and Nuut Dahabiyas—two of Ashranda’s most opulent and exclusive dahabiyas—in an exclusive air-conditioned car.

Settle into a delectable meal while cruising to Kom Ombo aboard your dahabiya. Land on the Kom Ombo shoreline, then stroll through the town among the residents until you reach the unique Kom Ombo temple, which has its Hypostyle hallways, sanctuaries, and two identical entrances. Return to your dahabiya after your visit, and have a delicious meal.

Spend the night on your cruise close to Beshir Island.

Day 5 Sailing to Gebel El Silsila

On your opulent dahabiya, savor another delectable breakfast as you cruise toward Gebel Silsela, our destination for the day. Visit the mysterious Temple of Hormoheb carved into the rock when you arrive to the historic Silsela quarry. After that, trek to the summit of Silsela Mountain to take in the incredibly beautiful vista. Return to your dahabiya and have a leisurely lunchtime cruise to Fawaza Island. Before savoring a delicious supper on board, sip tea on the sun deck and see the breathtaking sunset scenery.

Day 6 Sailing to Edfu

To begin your day as you travel to Edfu, your next stop, have yet another delectable breakfast on board. Visit the Edfu Temple, one of the best-preserved Greco-Roman temples, to see the statue of Horus. Savor a wonderful experience while seeing the native way of life in Upper Egypt while traveling back and forth in a horse-drawn carriage to the temple. Explore the tranquil, rural lifestyle of the nearby farmers and fisherman. Take in the magnificent, verdant, rich landscapes that are peppered with date and banana palm palms.

Enjoy a filling lunch as you cruise to El Kab village, your next destination, where you will see El Kab Temple, after arriving back at your dahabiya.

After touring the temple, go about and enjoy the lovely village with its mud-brick homes. Once more, return to your dahabiya and savor a warm, delectable meal while taking in the lovely, tranquil Nile River scenery.

Spend the night on El Hegz Island (near Esna) on your voyage.

Visits: El Kab Village, El Kab Temple, Edfu, and Edfu Temple.

Day 7 Sailing to Esna & Luxor

Sail to Esna and relish your last morning on your dahabiya with a delectable breakfast. Disembark your Dahabiya and begin your Nile voyage in Esna. Take a magical ride through the streets of Luxor to reach your final destination. See the spectacular Karnak Temple and the well-known Valley of the Kings, which is home to the most complex collection of tombs belonging to Pharaonic aristocracy.

Following your exploration of the magnificent city of Luxor, you will be driven to the airport, where your flight back to Cairo will depart. Your tour manager will greet you at the airport and take you back to your opulent boutique hotel located in the center of Cairo’s vibrant metropolis.

Day 8 Final Departure

This marks the conclusion of your voyage through the realm of pharaohs. Zeeyara restaurant offers a final traditional Egyptian breakfast in the enchanted kingdom of Egypt. After that, you’ll be driven to Cairo International Airport via the city’s bustling streets in preparation for your last flight home.
