We’ve designed our epic Giza, Memphis and Saqqara Day Tour to allow visitors to explore and admire three of the oldest ancient monuments in and around Cairo.
Once at our exciting destination, we’ll have three hours to enjoy sights that will be permanently etched in your mind’s eye – the Sphinx, and the three largest and most famous pyramids in the country – built for the pharaohs Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure.
In Saqqara we’ll visit the pyramid of Djoser – the first of Egypt’s great pyramids, and also the tomb of vizier Mehu, only recently opened to the public since its discovery in the 1940s.
Memphis, the old capital of Egypt, is an open-air museum housing, among other monuments, the impressive 11-meter-tall, 83 ton sculpture of Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphynx.
