Tour Plan

Day 1 Arrival in Cairo - Welcome to land of Pharaohs

Greetings from the ethereal realm of Egypt, the ancient capital of the Pharaohs for countless years. Your tour manager will meet you at Cairo International Airport, help you through the procedure, and give you an entrance visa if needed. After that, you'll be driven around Cairo's busy streets in a luxurious, air-conditioned car. Once you reach the luxurious boutique hotel, Le Riad Hotel de Charme Cairo, one of Cairo’s hidden gems tucked in the heart of Old Islamic Cairo, your tour manager will assist you with your check-in and double-check your itinerary with you to establish and confirm all the pick-up times for all your tours and activities during your trip.

Day 2 Visiting the Pyramids & Sakkara

Your personal guide will take you to the Giza Plateau to begin your journey by taking in views of the Great Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, after you have enjoyed a delicious and filling Egyptian breakfast at Zeeyara, one of Cairo's most charming restaurants that serves traditional Egyptian cuisine elevated to a fine dining standard. Zeeyara is located on the rooftop of the boutique Hotel Le Riad de Charme. Wander over the Plateau and pay a visit to the Valley Temple and the famous Sphinx. After your tour of the pyramids is finished, you'll eat lunch at a traditional Egyptian restaurant before continuing on to the Sakkara area to see the Sakkara Complex, which houses the Djoser Pyramid, the first pyramid ever constructed.

Day 3 Cairo Sightseeing and Flying to Luxor

Enjoy another delicious Egyptian breakfast at Zeeyara restaurant on the rooftop of your hotel. The first stop in Cairo will be visiting the Egyptian Museum, in the center of ancient Downtown Cairo, overlooking the notorious Tahrir Square. After delighting over the spectacular ancient Egyptian artifacts and riches, you’ll travel out to eat lunch at a local restaurant, frequented by locals. After lunch, you will be transported to Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s oldest bazaar, if there is time.

You will depart Cairo after your visits and travel to the dazzling city of Luxor. When you arrive at Cairo International Airport for your flight to Luxor, your tour manager will go with you. You will get assistance upon arrival in Luxor and be driven away in a luxurious air-conditioned car to your hotel.

Day 4 Embarkation and Sightseeing in Luxor

Check out of your accommodation early to begin your day of visiting Luxor, an ancient city. You will first explore the spectacular Karnak Temple and the famous Valley of the Kings, which is home to the most famous collection of ornate tombs belonging to Pharaonic aristocracy, before starting your trip to Dahab.

After your visit at midday, you will proceed to West Bank to start your tour on the Nile by embarking aboard your deluxe dahabiya, Nebyt Dahabiya. Sail gently toward Esna while savoring a delectable lunch that is freshly made aboard. Sail on and have dinner while taking in the serene, tranquil waters of the Nile River.

Day 5 Esna - El Kab – Edfu

Take in the stunning scenery as you eat your first breakfast on board your Dahabiya as you early in the morning cross the Esna Lock. You will visit El Kab Temple at El Kab Village, which is your first stop today. Explore the undiscovered splendor of the historic rock-cut tombs, fortifications, and temples from the New Kingdom era. After touring the temple, go about and enjoy the lovely village with its mud-brick homes.

Set sail again, but this time in the direction of Edfu.

Sail away with a delicious meal on board. Once there, proceed to see the two exquisite granite sculptures of the falcon deity at Edfu, one of the best-preserved Greco-Roman temples, and the temple of Horus looming over the entryway as you approach.

Savor a wonderful experience while seeing the native way of life in Upper Egypt while traveling back and forth in a horse-drawn carriage to the temple. Explore the tranquil, rural lifestyle of the nearby farmers and fisherman. You'll resume sailing as soon as you get back to your dahabiya. Take in the magnificent, verdant, rich landscapes that are peppered with date and banana palm palms.

We will pitch anchor close to Sheikh Rehan Island just before dusk, where you may savor a filling supper in a charming setting.

Day 6 Gebel El-Silsila

On your opulent dahabiya, savor another delectable breakfast as you cruise toward Gebel Silsela, our destination for the day. Visit the mysterious Temple of Hormoheb carved into the rock when you arrive to the historic Silsela quarry. After that, trek to the summit of Silsela Mountain to take in the incredibly beautiful vista. Return to your dahabiya and have a leisurely lunchtime cruise to Fawaza Island. Before savoring a delicious supper on board, sip tea on the sun deck and see the breathtaking sunset scenery. Enjoy a delectable BBQ meal at Kom Ombo's neighbor, Al Bashir Island, at the end of the day.

Day 7 Sailing to Kom Ombo

Sail to Kom Ombo and have a delicious breakfast on board. Land on Kom Ombo's coastlines, then stroll through the town among the inhabitants until you reach the unique Kom Ombo temple, which features sanctuaries, hypostyle halls, and two similar entrances. Discover the breathtakingly gorgeous temples of Sobek, the Crocodile God, and Haroeris, the Elder. The temple is the unique twin temple in all of Egypt; it was constructed with two symmetrical entrances, halls, and sanctuaries. Return to your dahabiya after your visit, where you will spend the rest of the day traveling to the vibrant city of Aswan and indulging in a delectable lunch and dinner aboard.

Day 8 Final Departure

This will be the last day of your magnificent Nile voyage. Savor your final delicious breakfast aboard. After that, disembark and be driven to Aswan Airport in order to return to Cairo and board your last flight out of Cairo International Airport.
